Catherine is from Laos. She started her practice at Calgary College of Holistic Health INC back in 2008. She took Thai Yoga Massage at Traditional Thai Therapy School in 2011. She completed her 2200 hours at Turner Institute Of Orthopaedic Massage in 2014 and has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) since 2010 and a member in good standing. She specializes in Prenatal, Post Natal, Cupping, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Therapeutic Massage and Thai Yoga Mat/Table Massage.

In her free time, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family and people she loves the most. She loves cooking and leading an active lifestyle. This is her way of relieving stress and maintaining optimal health.
